The hydraulic transmission system is a hydraulic circuit composed of pumps, valves, oil cylinders, oil tanks, pipelines and other components, which completes the lifting of saw beams and the clamping of workpieces under electrical control. Through the speed regulating valve, the stepless speed regulation of feed speed can be implemented to meet the sawing requirements of workpieces of different materials. The electrical control system is a control circuit composed of electrical box, control box, junction box, travel switch and electromagnet, which is used to control the rotation of saw blade, the lifting of saw beam and the clamping of workpiece, so as to complete the normal cutting cycle according to certain working procedures.

Before starting the smooth system, oil must be added according to the smooth parts of the machine tool (wire brush shaft, worm gear box, driving bearing seat, worm bearing, upper and lower shafts of lifting oil cylinder, clamping screw rod on the sliding surface of movable vice). The worm gear and worm in the worm gear box are smooth with No. 30 oil bath and injected by the oil plug hole on the upper part of the worm gear box. The box surface is equipped with an oil standard. When the saw beam is in the low position, the oil level should be between the upper and lower limits of the oil standard. The oil shall be changed after one month of trial use, and then every 3-6 months. The lower part of the worm gear box is equipped with an oil drain plug. The motor of the saw blade transmission device on the worm gear box passes through the belt pulley, and the triangular tape drives the worm and worm gear in the worm gear box to drive the driving wheel to rotate, and then drives the saw blade around the active and passive rim to stop the cutting rotary movement. The feed movement of saw blade is a hydraulic circulation system composed of lifting oil cylinder and speed regulating valve, which controls the falling speed of saw beam, so as to control the feed (stepless speed regulation) movement of saw blade. The saw brush rotates in the center of the sawblade and rotates with the direction of the saw blade. The cooling pump supplies coolant for cleaning to remove the chips on the sawtooth. The coolant is in the coolant tank on the right side of the base, which is directly driven by the water pump to supply coolant.

Press the emergency stop (stop) button, rotate clockwise, the oil pump motor works, the gear pump works, the oil enters the pipeline through the filter screen, and adjust the overflow valve to make the working pressure of the system meet the requirements. On the contrary, press the button inward and all motors will stop working. When the workpiece is clamped, press the clamping button, the solenoid valve works, the hydraulic oil enters the left of the clamping cylinder, the hydraulic oil returns to the oil tank on the right, and the left clamp is clamped to the workpiece. When the saw beam is lowered, press the Tong, and the hydraulic oil enters the rod cavity of the lifting oil cylinder through the solenoid valve; The hydraulic oil in the rodless chamber returns to the oil tank through the solenoid valve and the one-way speed regulating valve. When the saw beam is lowered quickly and the lowering button is pressed, the hydraulic pressure works through the solenoid valve, and the oil enters the rod cavity of the lifting oil cylinder. The oil without rod cavity returns to the oil tank through the solenoid valve. When the saw beam rises, press the rising button, and the hydraulic oil enters the rodless cavity of the lifting oil cylinder through the solenoid valve; The oil in the rod chamber returns to the oil tank through the solenoid valve. When the workpiece is released, press the clamp release button, and the hydraulic oil enters the right side of the clamping cylinder through the solenoid valve; The left hydraulic oil can return to the oil tank through the solenoid valve, and the left jaw is transported to the left to loosen the workpiece.

If the sawing speed of the saw blade is adjusted, it can only be adjusted to stop the sawing process. By adding servo valve, the speed and position control of sawing process can be optimized. The management function of the system makes the management of data and workpieces easier. The Chinese interface of the system and real-time appearance outside the picture make the operation more friendly and intuitive. Because the system adopts standard PC, the network management of sawing is more convenient.
