1、 Precautions for circuit board maintenance and disassembly:

2、 Pay attention to check the quality of new parts:

Some maintenance personnel do not conduct technical inspection on new parts, but directly install them on the NC sawing machine after taking them. This practice is unscientific. Before changing new parts, be sure to stop necessary inspection and testing, including appearance and performance testing, to ensure that the new parts are free from defects and eliminate the problems caused by them. Do not pay attention to the model of accessories, and it is common to substitute or misuse accessories. Try to use the original model of accessories, and do not use other models of accessories instead, let alone misuse. Do not pay attention to the selection of bolts, and the disorder of bolt application is more prominent. In the maintenance of CNC sawing machine, the phenomenon of indiscriminate use of bolts is also relatively prominent. Because the performance and quality of bolts do not meet the technical requirements, mechanical defects occur frequently after maintenance. Some components in the hydraulic system of NC sawing machine should be assembled in pairs instead of strings during maintenance. During assembly, parts are installed reversely, which occurs from time to time. Especially the complex CNC sawing machine hydraulic system.

3、 Not consciously:

When repairing the CNC band sawing machine, some maintenance personnel do not take the correct maintenance methods, thinking that the emergency measures are, which is lack of access. For example, after the connecting thread between the hydraulic cylinder earring and the cylinder piston rod is damaged, the direct welding method is used, so that the oil cylinder oil seal cannot be replaced after it is damaged, and the oil leakage is serious; When it is found that the work installation is slow or the steering is difficult, do not check the cause of the problem, and consciously increase the working pressure of the system, resulting in too high system pressure, which is easy to damage the oil seal, pipeline, hydraulic components, etc. The phenomenon of consciously changing parts and blindly "changing parts and repairing" exists at different levels. It is relatively difficult to identify and eliminate the defects of the CNC system of the sawing machine. Some maintenance personnel have always adopted the method of replacement experiment. Regardless of large and small parts, they just need to think that the parts that may cause the defects are replaced one by one. As a result, not only the defects are not eliminated, but also the parts that should not be replaced are replaced at will, which increases the expenses of consumers.

4、 Don't underestimate the use of "small pieces":

The use of some gaskets is not standard and the phenomenon of random use still exists. When repairing and disassembling the CNC sawing machine, the phenomenon of non-standard and even indiscriminate use of gaskets is relatively serious, resulting in frequent leakage between the mating surfaces, and the bolts and nuts loose and loose by themselves, affecting the normal use of the sawing machine. If the spring gasket, locking gasket and sealing gasket are omitted, the joint is not tight, and it is easy to loose or leak oil; If there is a hole in the middle of the gasket and the hole is forgotten, the oil passage and water channel will be blocked; Another example is the incomplete decontamination and cleaning of parts, early damage and corrosion often occur. When repairing the CNC sawing machine, it is of great significance to correctly eliminate the oil and impurities on the surface of parts and components, so as to improve the repair quality and prolong the service life of the machine. Due to inattention to the cleaning of reinforced parts, unreasonable selection of cleaning agent, improper cleaning methods, etc., the phenomenon of early wear and corrosive damage of parts has occurred from time to time in some repair units. 5、 When the habitual "taboo" is not allowed to maintain the CNC sawing machine, some maintenance personnel do not understand some problems that should be paid attention to in the maintenance, which leads to the error of "habitual" in the disassembly and assembly, which affects the maintenance quality of the machine. For example, when disassembling the interference fit parts such as the bearing and pulley of the sawing machine, it is easy to deform or damage the parts by hard hitting without using the puller; Burning the oil or wax sealed on the surface of the parts makes the performance of the parts change, which is not conducive to the application of the parts.
