Saw‑band clamping uses premium tungsten carbide material, achieving 100% clamping accuracy to reduce saw‑band wear and extend service life.

Driven‑Wheel Rotation Detector

This device detects saw‑band overload and breakage and triggers automatic machine shutdown.

Unique Flow Control & Double‑pressure Control

Select proper saw‑feed speed according to workpiece hardness. The hydraulic circuit pressure balances excessive gravity of the saw frame to obtain optimal cutting pressure, which greatly reduces tooth breakage.

Miter Angle Function

The saw frame rotates automatically via touch‑screen control with an adjustable angle range from 0° to 45°, enabling angled cutting of workpieces.

Automatic Switch between Rapid Advance and Working Feed

Workpiece height can be adjusted according to workpiece size to improve working efficiency.

Automatic Positioning for Cutting‑Length Setting

Set the cutting length for automatic rear positioning; set the miter angle for automatic rotation, with clamping device equipped.
