It is very common for the band saw blade to break and pull teeth in the process of application, and there are many reasons. In order to prevent this situation, we apply professional knowledge and years of accumulated experience to identify and analyze the reasons for the formation of broken teeth for users.
(1) Reasons for metal band sawing machine problems:
1. The metal band sawing machine is affected by the vibration of the surrounding punching and forging equipment, as well as the looseness of the fixing bolts of the band sawing machine, which affects the vibration of the saw frame. The band sawing machine is affected by the vibration force during the cutting process of the band sawing blade, resulting in the collapse of the teeth.
2. The lifting oil cylinder enters the air, or due to poor oil quality, oil cylinder wear, control valve out of control and other reasons, the saw frame can not fall at a uniform speed, showing gear beating.
3. The linearity of driving wheel, driven wheel and guide escapement mechanism cannot reach the accuracy, and the band saw blade cannot run in a straight line, showing unstable cutting on the left or right and up and down.
4. The motor belt is damaged for a long time and shows aging and relaxation. During operation, it may show intermittent loss of rotation, so that the band saw blade also shows intermittent small sudden stop during cutting, resulting in broken teeth.
5. The guide block of the sawing machine is worn after being used for a long time, which may make the band saw blade unable to cut vertically during the cutting process, make the saw blade present unexpected bad elements, and cause the saw blade to be damaged and scrapped.
(2) Reasons for improper tooth selection:
1. No matter whether the sawn workpiece is solid or pipe, whether the sawtooth is appropriate or not, stop cutting at will, which can not prevent the phenomenon of tooth collapse and tooth pulling.
2. The selection of tooth pitch is wrong, and the data of large sawtooth sawing and small section will also show pulling teeth.
3. When sawing channel steel, round pipe, square pipe and other special-shaped materials, if the feed rate is not properly controlled, it is the most likely to show broken teeth, which should be paid special attention.
(3) Reasons for improper operation:
1. The initial feed control is out of control, the band saw blade does not contact the workpiece slowly and stably, and the saw blade drops rapidly to impact cutting, resulting in tooth collapse of the tooth tip under instantaneous overload.
2. During operation, due to carelessness, the workpiece is not clamped or the clamped workpiece is not reliable. During sawing, the workpiece is loose or vibrated, and the sawtooth is driven to gear under the action of uncertain external force.
3. The saw blade of the device is not in place, and the back of the saw blade grinds and climbs the lip edge of the saw wheel, so that the saw blade works abnormally.
4. The new band saw blade cuts at high speed without stopping normal running in, and the feed rate is too large to form broken teeth. This phenomenon is a common problem in operation, which should be paid more attention to.
5. At the end of sawing, when the saw frame is lifted, the cut workpieces squeeze each other and collide with the rising saw blade to form teeth.
6. The clamping mode of the workpiece is incorrect, and the workpiece is easy to move, resulting in tooth collapse.
(4) The following adverse factors may lead to the onset of tooth collapse
The new saw blade does not run in, the sawing feed is too large, the tooth direction of the saw blade is installed reversely, and the workpiece to be cut has slag inclusion, hard spots, etc., which will form tooth collapse.
